Savak is an electronic band ! Savak is rock 'n' roll ! A dark light in a bright world. And here is their new album "Pleasure Dagger" on the french label D-monic !

Savak (from Hollywood, USA) was very famous in the harsh industrial noise scene ... After years of performances in such territories as USA, Latvia, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, France, and Germany and sharing the stage with such notables as Das Ich, Sheep on Drugs, Diary of Dreams, Suicide Commando, VNV Nation, Covenant, Noisex, and more, Savak has evolved into a cold rock band and is now ready for a new assault with a new line-up including drummer David Branscomb (16 Volt, Fishbone) and guitarist Germz (Faith & the Muse, Element, Kommunity FK).

Savak presents here its best material to date: industrialzed rock meets goth and glam.

The album was recorded and produced by Pete Mills who worked with Skinny Puppy, Duran Duran, Soft Cell, Godhead, Sheryl Crow as well as recording sound-alikes for the Cleopatra label group.

The album is enriched with wonderful remixes by Displacer (Canada, from the M-tronic & Hymen labels), Dj Element (founding member of D-monic), The Sweet Kill (Pete Mill's project) and Polynominal.
